We began as a marketplace platform in 2016, which has served us well these past few years. However it is important for companies to adapt and keep up with the times, which is why we are excited to announce ICW will be shifting to an AI-driven platform in 2019!


Stay tuned for all the new features arriving with the AI platform, which will be announced in 2019. We are confident this change will benefit all those involved with ICW, and let’s hope we can continue our success from this year into 2019!

2018 China Merchants Cup - ICW

ICW is proud to announce we were the second runner up of the 2018 China Merchants Cup Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition! (2018 “招商杯” 前海粤港澳青年創新創業大賽總決賽)


We got into the final after winning the silver award in the Hong Kong Selection round, and we could not be prouder of both our and our CEO Gary Lam’s performances. The final was held on the 7th of December in Shenzhen, lasted the whole day and saw ICW competing with 29 other companies. Gary first gave a 7 minute presentation on ICW before later in the day speaking once again, this time giving an elevator speech. On both occasions he delivered his speeches with great confidence and charisma, clearly impressing the judges. We were eventually announced as the second runner up, a placing we are extremely proud of and feel was very well deserved.


A huge thank you to all of ICW’s clients, investors and also employees – without all of you we wouldn’t be able to succeed in competitions such as these!
